All appointments require a non-refundable $100 deposit. Any cancellations/reschedules need to be made no less than 48 hours to appointment date and time in order to roll your deposit forward, otherwise your deposit is forfeited. Illness and family emergencies are always considered in situations of cancellation, so if it’s last-second, please call or email me before you decide to no-show your appointment. No-call/no-show will result in forfeit of deposit, and a new one will be required for future work.
If you were with me at a previous shop and we didn’t use your deposit at your last session there, no worries! All deposits will be honored! If you have any questions about this, please let me know!
